“The family recipe formula for producing sweets that we derived is still being used today,” he said.
He said that all sorts of sweets are prepared to keep the western and eastern customs.
Company’s Executive Emre Engler said that his company serves as an ambassador to Turkey. The company still maintains the Ottoman Caliphate. The clothes of its employees are still the same old style as they were in the Ottoman Empire.
He said that the well-known Colombian novelist Francisco Lille has newly written a book called “Los Secretos de Hafiz Mustafa”. The book will be published in Turkish someday. Hafiz Mustafa has written a book on the secrets of popular flavours of sweets.
