The High Commission of India, Pakistan issue single-entry transit visas and double-entry transit visas. You can only transit through Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai airports.

Utility Bill: While applying for a transit visa, a copy of any utility bill, such as an electricity bill/gas bill/ landline telephone (or anyone mentioned as address proof) must be attached

Polio Vaccination: Also, attach a valid Polio vaccination certificate.
