No longer be quarantined for fully vaccinated travelers from 1st May 2022, If you are traveling by air to Thailand. But you have to register for a Thai pass which starts on 29th April.
The Thailand visa fees are exempted for Diplomatic and Official Passport Holders. Royal Thai Embassy Islamabad revised the visa service fees from 19th June 2023. New visa fees are:

Thailand Visa Agents
Royal Thai Embassy does not accept direct walk-in visa applications. You need to contact 12 recognized companies for the visa.
The visa seekers can choose to apply for a visa through one of the visa processing companies. The Royal Embassy doesn’t accept walk-in cases. They have an official list of visa processing companies to process your application.
These 12 companies will be effective from 12 October 2021 to 11 October 2023. These 12 companies are:

Thailand visa for Pakistani
These documents are required for fully vaccinated travelers. They do not need to quarantine.

RT-PCR Test issued within 72 hours before departure- vaccination certificate

- Two visa application forms were duly filled with capital letters.
- Four Photos
- A passport must be valid for at least six months
- A Reference letter that describes the applicant’s job, duration of service, income, etc.
- Bank Statement of 6 Months having a balance of a minimum of Rs 6,50,000 (For multiple entry visa).
- Account Maintenance Certificate
- Confirmed Air Ticket (Round Trip)
- National ID card photocopy
- Photocopies of the first four pages of the passport
- Confirmed hotel booking
- FRC Family Registration Certificate ( if Applying with Family for Individual no need FRC )
- NTN Number
Visa Hours
Working days are Monday To Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Visa Submission Time: 08:30 to 10:30
Passport Delivery Time: 11:00 to 12:00
At least 5 working days are required to issue a visa.
No visa fee will be refunded if the visa application is rejected.
